Southgate Fleet Management was established in 1989 with the aim of eliminating the hassle of vehicle purchasing and management. We combine industry experience and knowledge, national exposure and ongoing market evaluation to assist our clients in minimising the ‘whole of life costs’ of their vehicle fleets.
The principals of the company have a combined industry experience of over 75 years, having experienced many facets of the industry first-hand, including vehicle manufacturing, vehicle retailing, fleet management and consulting.
Initially establishing our client base within the not-for-profit sector (including hospitals, schools, aged care facilities and community health services) where our cost minimisation services were most in need, we have since expanded our customer base to both public and private sector clients including local councils, insurance companies, accounting and law firms, mining companies and more. Our sensitivity to the needs of not-for-profit organisations in particular has enabled us to develop a very focused and rewarding platform with the main aim of "minimising
whole of life costs" whilst providing excellence in service. These issues remain equally important to both the Public and Private Sector.
We aim to always improve and expand our services in response to client's needs. This is why today Southgate also provides a complete range of automotive finance options to suit small to large fleet buyers as well as individuals.
