The Process

1 - Research: via our website using the manufacturer links to select a car, or consult with our friendly staff for independent advice.
2 - Request: a quotation using our online request form or download a printable request form and fax or email it back to us. Alternatively telephone us on 1300 132 725. If you also require finance you may wish to discuss the options with one of our specialist finance staff.
3 - Relax: as we take care of the entire process. We will request tenders from multiple dealers, arrange trade-in valuations and provide a summary of quotations received on your behalf.
4 - Order: your new car by emailing or faxing (03) 9686 8377 a completed order form. We will then source and order the car on your behalf from the most competitive dealer.
5 - Delivery: will normally be to your door. 1-2 days before the car will be ready, the dealer will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
6 - Enjoy: your new car. Once you have your new car we encourage you to provide feedback on the process, so that we may improve the experience even further.


Our Guarantee of Competitiveness

We can guarantee a competitive price, and usually save our clients thousands of dollars on a typical family-sized car. Years of industry experience means we know how far a dealer can be pushed and what the margins are.

Should a client ever receive a more competitive quote, we would like to know, as any significant price variance is nearly always
due to differences in the competitor’s quote. The car quote may differ because it:

  • is for a recently replaced model (old model).
  • is for different specifications (or perhaps the option is not standard like you believed).
  • is for an "old compliance" car (our quotations are for cars no older than 3 months compliance unless the car is no longer available or upon client request).
  • is due to salesman error which may not be honored upon ordering.
  • is not in writing (if it is not in writing, then the quote should be ignored completely as it inevitably changes at a later date).
  • is excluding "dealer delivery charges or statutory charges that can add $2000-4000 to a typical car.
  • is a TV/newspaper advertised price, which is calculated for a manual without air conditioning, metallic paint, dealer delivery and statutory charges.

Remember, any price variance is almost certainly for a reason that we can quickly determine so please get back to us before accepting an alternative quote. Best of all, even if we can only save you a few hundred dollars, you will be able to rest, assured that you have a competitive price and safe in the knowledge that our experience, purchasing power and influence can ensure a stress free car purchase experience.
